The Performing Arts Series (PAS) at Hill College is gearing up for its 31st season, bringing a diverse lineup of world-class performers to the Hillsboro community. Kicking things off on October 24th, the University of North Texas One O'Clock Lab Band, a Grammy-award winning ensemble, will grace the stage with their dynamic sound and unique jazz stylings. This internationally acclaimed group has performed at prestigious festivals and venues worldwide, including a memorable performance at the White House with Duke Ellington and Stan Getz.In November, the Reed Quintet of the Air Force Band of the West will take the stage, showcasing their exceptional musicianship and captivating performances. The season continues with "Crash at Crush," a musical production by Texas Comedies that delves into the 1896 staged train crash near West, Texas, on February 20th.The grand finale of the season comes on April 29th with "Party in the PAC," featuring the electrifying Intensity Band. This high-energy event promises to be a celebration of the arts, bringing the community together in the Vara Martin Daniel Performing Arts Center.
